It’s that time of year again…this is our 7th annual Top Staff Picks blog post! We’re looking back at 2024 and sharing each of our favorite new green beauty launches. Along with dozens of products, we launched 2 new brands in 2024: Natural Fragrance brand, made in The Netherlands: Abel and Nail Care brand, made in France: Manucurist. We’re excited to introduce more new brands and products in 2025, bringing you a curated selection in green beauty and only the best of the best!
Our team is small but mighty and we’ve each come up with our TOP 3 picks of 2024 that include all new launches from last year at IB. Each of us come up with our own list not knowing what each other’s picks are and interestingly you’ll notice some overlap with a couple products – so you know these are some really special ones you might want to check out on your next online shopping visit😉

Lives in New Jersey. Skin Type: Normal/Dry/Sensitive
1.) Abel Fragrance – I love this brand. I haven’t worn a “real” fragrance in quite some time. A lot of the natural fragrances on the market that I’ve tested over the years would seem like something I would like based off of the description but then when I would go to try it, they were too earthy, woodsy, or just not something that resonated with me or gave me that “feel good” feeling. Enter Abel – Laundry Day has been my go to all Fall and Winter long. This scent is fresh and helps me start the day with a clear head especially now during these dark, cold winter months. Try a sample here if you’re interested. Last Spring and Summer my go-to was Golden Neroli. This scent is a-mazing. It has the scent of being at a spa, that’s the best way to describe it. I get compliments all the time from friends when wearing it and hugging them. Remember it’s a natural fragrance so it’s not too strong but it’s just enough to make you feel good and others will notice that get close to you. I tend to like more fresh, clean and fruity scents.
2.) Fitglow Ceramide Hydra-Balm – Love these! They are super moisturizing with a cushiony feel on the lips. The colors are on the more sheer side, glossy and beautiful. The best part? The applicator! The metal dispenser is very soothing on lips, which is super comforting during the colder months and has a cooling feeling, which feels great during the warmer months.
3.) Manucurist Active Bright – This nail polish is a game changer. As a mom on-the-go I don’t get to go to the nail salon as many times as I’d like to and get a professional manicure. This product is perfect and just what I needed. It visibly brightens nails, is SO easy to use with trying to paint your own nails and it lasts long!

1.) Routine Stick Deodorant: Johny’s Cash – I’ve always been a fan of Routine deodorants since they first launched at our store in 2018. This scent has been my year-round staple – it has a classic, woodsy, fresh scent. Routine also makes a cream in a jar (baking soda free) version of this scent but I find the stick more convenient.
2.) Hurraw! Orange-Vanilla Lip Balm – This flavor was only available as a seasonal, limited edition offering for internal staff, for a long time. I’m so glad that the company finally offered it as a year-round blend and to the public last year. You can’t go wrong with any of the Hurraw balms but this flavor takes the cake in my book.
3.) Agent Nateur holi (pearly) Whites Probiotic Toothpaste – You’ll want to get on the waiting list for this one…it sold out 2x within two weeks. The company is working hard on a new batch (available mid-February). I was a bit skeptical about a $27 toothpaste but gave it a go – this one “wowed” me. It’s a completely different flavor than what you might be accustomed to so this may or may not be for you. It’s flavored with cinnamon-clove. The standout with the formula is how clean my teeth feel afterwards, especially when used at nighttime and how my teeth feel in the morning. It’s the type of “clean” feeling you get when you get a professional dental cleaning, that’s how good it is.

1.) Agent Nateur Holi(Soliel) – 2024 was the year I experimented with a LOT of sunscreen, and this one has become my favorite. I love it’s lightweight texture, the subtle glow it imparts, high SPF factor, and how well it sits underneath makeup. It’s perfect!
2.) Ere Perez Cacao Bronzing Pot – 2024 was also the year of LAYERING! By layering I mean my makeup, and these bronzing pots from Ere Perez are the best. They are a lightweight, moussey texture that never fail to look exactly like skin. Whether you’re a bronzer addict like myself, or just dipping your toes into bronzed waters, this is the perfect formula.
3.) RMS Legendary Lip Oils – One thing you need to know about me is that I am a glossy lip kind of girl. So naturally these lip oil launches from RMS immediately stole my heart. The shade range is so beautiful (though I am particularly fond of Alessandra) plus they are lightweight and completely non-sticky. They have the perfect amount of color payoff and I love the XL applicator for easy, on the go application.

1.) Josh Rosebrook BioIdentical Collagen Serum – Josh Rosebrook does it again! This serum is truly one of a kind. It’s so lightweight and silky yet hydrates and plumps the skin like magic. Layer it for extra hydration, use it alone in warmer months for a light moisturizer/serum in one. Get ready to glow ✨
2.) Rahua Aloe Vera Hair Mousse – This is a great styling mousse for wavy/curly hair. It leaves hair smooth and shiny, doesn’t weigh down curls (no crunch!). Works equally great on damp hair as it does on dry hair when you need a late-day refresher.
3.) Manucurist Active Bright – I am typically not one to get regular manicures, but this polish is the easiest way to keep nails looking freshly done, with the ease of doing them yourself at home. It’s pretty foolproof, dries quickly and doesn’t require much maintenance. Love this brand 💖

1.) Rahua Aloe Vera Hair Mousse – My curls are obsessed with this mousse because it gives flexible hold, eliminates frizz and leaves the curls bouncy and shiny. The ultimate must have styling product for me!
2.) Josh Rosebrook BioIdentical Collagen Serum – A serum that is like no other, it delivers type 1 collagen into the skin! I love that it’s lightweight yet leaves the skin feeling deeply moisturized and looking bouncy. And applies beautifully under other skincare and makeup!
3.) Solara Suncare Fortune Teller Tinted Brightening Serum SPF 30 – A must have in my morning routine because it blends beautifully and gives my skin the most beautiful glow. It also helps address uneven skin tone over time! So I’m protected from new sun damage and treating the one from the past.

1.) RMS Hydra Setting Powder – You may not know this about me, but I LOVE a powder. I like my face to be matte, and for my makeup to stay on alllllll day, and this powder is the magic answer to those prayers. It’s not drying or cakey, but actually very light, and I like it in both Light and Medium for my skin. It’s versatile and long lasting, and if you’re not a powder person yet, I recommend starting here
2.) Josh Rosebrook BioIdentical Collagen Serum – Josh Rosebrook is a genius and moreover, he cares DEEPLY about the efficacy of his products, so I knew going in that this one would be great. But it’s EXTRA great. I love seeing a brand keep up with technology and science, and Josh Rosebrook continues to bring us the best that natural ingredients PLUS innovations have to offer.
3.) Laurel Cornflower Mask: Moisture Revival – It had been a minute since I’d used any Laurel products, but the moment this one arrived I knew it was special (and remembered that I NEED more Laurel in my life!). I don’t often have the patience for masks, but I appreciate this one’s anti-inflammatory properties and relish the opportunity to slow down a little bit and take some time to let it work its magic. That’s a real win-win for me.
